Bostik Australia Pty Ltd is a major manufacturer of Adhesives (solvent, water and 100% solids based) Sealants, Automotive Bitumen and Polyurethane Sound Deadening Components. These products are sold into the Consumer and Industrial Markets.
Bostik operates four Manufacturing and Warehousing facilities around Australia, all of which operate under and adhere to this Health & Safety Policy.
Bostik is part of the Total Group of Companies and adopts the “Total Health Safety Environment Quality Charter”.
It is the objective of Bostik to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all of its employees, contractors, casuals and visitors across all sites.
To achieve our vision of zero injuries, Bostik will ensure through a systematic approach, that the risks associated with the operations are eliminated or minimised.
Bostik will ensure that all levels of Management commit to ensuring that Health & Safety management is a measured value that drives their decisions and actions to protect our employees and enhance our reputation and standing within our group, our industry and our community.

The Safety Management System is available to all employees, contractors, casuals and visitors ensuring that everyone has access to the safety rules that we operate by.
It is the responsibility of every employee, contractor, casual and visitor to ensure that they follow the Safety procedures and do not endanger their own or the health and safety of others on site.
Working safely is a non-negotiable condition for ongoing employment for all Bostik employees, contractors and casuals.
This policy will be communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of Bostik Australia.
This policy will be reviewed every three (3) years or when circumstances require it.
